摘要
本文应用数据包络分析法(DEA)对县级农村能源建设项目的综合效益进行评价,给出这些项目的相对有效值,同时分析了它们在建设中存在的问题和进一步发展的途径。
This paper presents an application of data envelopment analysis (DEA) to evoluate the efficiency of rural energy projects in sucheng county. The conclusion gives not only relative efficiency assessments of various kind of projects, but also some problems existing and probable access to elevate their efficiency.
