白内障人工晶体植入术后眼内炎的临床分析与预防措施

Clinical analysis of and prevention of ophthalmolitis after cataract surgery

目的控制人工晶体植入术后医源性感染的发生。方法对近半年来的 4 80例白内障人工晶体植入术的病人进行统计 ,并对术后发生眼内炎的病例进行临床分析。结果 2例发生医源性感染 ,细菌培养分别是铜绿假单孢菌和表皮葡萄球菌。经抗感染治疗 ,1例无效 ,行左眼内容物挖除术 ,1例眼内炎得到控制 ,治愈后患者出院。结论 必须加强围手术期的管理 ,严格遵守消毒灭菌原则 。

Objective To reduce medical sourced ophthalmic infections after catarcat surgery. Methods 480 eyes after cataract surgery were analyzed clinically. Results 2 of the 480 eyes were infected medically. Bacillus pyocyaneus and Cuticle staphylococcus were cultured positive respectively. one of the eyes was cured. Another was treated with eye resection after anti infection treatment was inefficient. The patient was discharged from hospital after 7 days. Conclusion Management should be reinforced, and sterile doctrine should be complied around surgical periods to prevent medical-sourced ophthalmic infections after cataract surgery.
