摘要 运用高灵敏流动注射分析检测系统和硅钼兰法研究了水中可溶性硅测定的新方法,并测定了河水和自来水中的微量可溶性硅。使用100mm细长流动池测定可溶性硅的灵敏度比通常10mm流动池提高约10倍,测定的相对标准偏差、检测限(3σ)和线性范围分别为0.6%、0.001 9和O.02—0.3 mg Si/L。 A new method for the determination of dissolved silicon in water by using silicomolyb-dic blue method and a flow injection analysis with highly sensitive detection system has been studied, and the dissolved silicon in rivers and tap waters has been determined. The sensitivity for the determination of dissolved silicon using 100 mm of thin long flow-through cell is about 10 times higher than that of 10 mm of normal flow-through cell. The relative standard deviation, detection limit 3σ and linear range are 0.6%, 0.001 9 and 0.02-0.3 mg Si/L, respectively.
