The Capability of Decorated Houses Market in Chongqing

装修房在北京、上海、广州等地非常普遍而且发展迅速,但在重庆却非常少见。本文结合有关重庆装修房市场的调查,分析了重庆市装修房市场的现状,并从政府、开发商、消费者和装修行业的角度剖析了装修房市场在重庆发展缓慢的原因。最后,本文针对以上原因分别提出了推行装修房的对策,从而得出结论:装修房与毛坏房相比,存在着不可超越的优势,又因其对政府、开发商和消费者都有利,因此装修房的推广在重庆是一种必然的发展趋势,而且大有市场,发展前景非常可观。

Based on the present conditions of decorated houses market in Chongqing, in this paper, the problem of slow development of decorated houses market in Chongqing and the advantages of decorated houses are analyzed. Some measures to deal with the problem were put forward. At last, a huge market of decorated houses in Chongqing is pointed out.
