医学伦理是医院管理的基础 ,有助于坚持正确的办院方向 ;医学伦理是提高医疗质量的根本保证 ,有助于增强管理者的责任感 ;医学伦理是促进医院发展的重要条件 ,有助于医院的改革、创新。针对当前医院普遍存在的医学伦理方面的问题 ,应加强管理力度 ,实施目标管理 ;完善健全制度 ,使管理工作有章可循 :强化内部约束 ,广泛开展外部监督 :坚持开展内容丰富。

Medical ethics is a science with the purpose to explore the special performance of social morality and to discover the rule of medical morality's development and transformation. The modern competition among hospitals is the contest for talent, management and much more the ethics. On one hand, medical ethgics is the basis of medical management.It is helpful to stick to our principle of holding up a hospital. On the other hand. medical ethics is the guarantee of medical treatment quality. It is ne cessary to strengthen the responsibility of administrator. what's more,medical ethics is a crucial component contributing to the development,reform and initiation of hospital. As for the common problems of medical ethics among the hospitals, we should reinforce the management, realize the purpose of management, and perfect our regulations to bring our management work into a regular orbit. We also should/strengthen internal self restriction, and encourage public supervision. And at the sametime we should put up medical ethics education in various forms.
