X射线荧光光谱法测定水样中的痕量元素

Determination of Trace Elements in Water by X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometry

采用波长色散X射线荧光光谱仪测定了水样中痕量的A1、Cr、Ni、Zn、Sr、Ba、Tl、Pb。本法的测量结果与ICP和AAS的结果相近 ,对 5 7μg/gSr测量 5次的RSD为 1 2 % ,Sr的检出限(LLD)达到 0 1 μg/g。

Trace elements Al,Cr,Ni,Zn,Sr,Ba,Tl,Pb in water were determined by sequential X-ray fluorescence spectrometer.The results of this method are comparable to those obtained by AAS and ICP.RSD of 5 7 μg/g Sr( n =5)is 1 2%,and the lower limit of detection(LLD)of Sr is 0 1 μg/g.
