胃癌患者生存质量影响因素的累积比数模型分析

Analysis on the Influential Factors for the Quality of Life of Patients with Gastric Carcinoma by Cumulative Odds Logistic Regression

目的采用自行编制的问卷对胃癌患者进行调查 ,并分析生存质量的影响因素。方法面对面访谈调查生存质量状况 ,采用累积比数模型分析调查结果。结果对生存质量总分等级有影响的因素为实际年龄、定期治疗、生存时间、手术方式和文化程度。比值比 (即 OR值 )的点值估计大于 1的有 :实际年龄、定期治疗 ,OR值小于 1的有生存时间、文化程度、手术方式。结论加强癌症的早期诊断和治疗工作 ,同时家庭和社会应更多地关注癌症患者的生活环境和医疗条件 ,以提高癌症患者的生存质量。

Objective To explore the mainly influential factors for the quality of life of gastric carcinoma patients.Methods Patients with gastric carcinoma received one year or more treatment were collected from 3 districts of Fuzhou.Their quality of life were investigated by face to face interview with self made questionnaire and analyzed by cumulative odds Logistic regression.Results The influential factors for the quality of life were age,regular checkup and treatment,survival duration,the method of surgery,and education level.Age and regular treatment were OR >1,and survival duration,the method of surgery,and education level OR <1.Conclusion It's important to strengthen the early diagnose and therapy.Family and society should provide more cares and helps to the patients in order to improve their quality of life.
