189所乡镇卫生院卫生技术人员结构及在职培训现状的调查

An investigation of health staff setup in 189 THCs and status quo of on-the-job training

乡镇卫生院有 12 .75 %的上岗者未经医学院校培训 ( 2 0世纪 90年代以来 )。现有乡镇卫技人员中 ,无正规专业学历者占 2 1.79%,未获得中级及以上专业技术职称者占 86 .2 1%。绝大多数卫生院未建立在职培训制度 ,卫技人员一周以上培训率为 73.86 %,人均年培训 0 .2次。中部、西部、东部地区之间卫技人员受教育层次比率、培训次数有所不同。不同省份之间乡镇卫技人员与农村其它卫技人员比例也有差异。

Among health staff in THCs, 12.75% of them have not been trained in medical universities and colleges since 1990s. Those who don't have regular professional academic credentials account for 21.79% of the total number, and those who have not obtained the intermediate or higher professional titles account for 86.21%. On-the-job training systems are not established in most THCs. The training rate of health staff with more than one-week training time is 73.86% and the average annual training rate is 0.2 per person per time. As for educational level and training times of health staff, there is difference in middle, east and west of China. In different provinces, there is also difference in the proportion of health staff in THCs to those in other rural areas.
