美国哈佛大学的结论 ,获得事业成功 85 %的原因在于有良好的人际关系 ,15 %取决于个人的技术、能力、经验。当前 ,有些大学生毕业走向社会就感到不适应 ,摔跟头受挫折 ,这是为什么 ?笔者的人生经历和与青年相交往的体会提出几点建议 ,很有针对性。

The conclusion of Harvard University which 85% of the reasons lie in that there are good interpersonal relationships to gets and have a succesful career,15% denpends on personal technology ability,experience.At present,graduate and move toward society's feeling and build and answer some university student,trip and fall and receive the setback.Why is this?The experience gone through and associating with the youth in my life puts forward some sugestions,very pointed,operating.
