通过采取多种合理有效的措施来增强钢筋混凝土短柱的延性和抗压、抗剪承载力,使短柱的抗震性能获得提高,从而避免脆性破坏危及结构安全。
Through various reasonable and effectual measure to strengthen the ductility?compression and shear capacity of the reinforced concrete short column,in order to improve the behavior of seismic short column,so that we can avoide the brittleness destroy to guarantee the structure safety.
