大鼠全肝缺血再灌注损伤中NO,MDA含量的变化 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨NO,MDA在大鼠全肝缺血再灌注损伤中的作用.方法88只Wistar大鼠分成11组,每组8只,正常对照组8只,缺血再灌注组40只,注射生理盐水组40只.复制全肝缺血再灌注损伤的动物模型.结果大鼠肝缺血再灌注后血浆中NO的含量显著增加,与正常对照组比较差异显著,P<0.05.生理盐水组大鼠血浆中NO含量较正常组比较,P<0.05,与缺血再灌注组比较,P>0.05.MDA含量再灌注后亦增加,P<0.05.结论NO和MDA均参与了肝缺血再灌注的发生,NO具有保护作用,而MDA有明显的损伤作用. Objective To discuss NO and MDA effect during hepatic ischemia reperfusion injury in rats. Methods 88 Wistar rats were divided into 11 groups. There were 8 rats in each group. 8 rats were not operated as controlled group. 40 rats of the models were not injected, other 40 rats were injected saline. Results The contents of No in blood were higher in ischemia group than that of controlled group after hepatic ischemia reperfusion, P < 0. 05. The contents of No in saline groups were higher than that of controlled group, P < 0.05. There was no difference between saline group and hepatic ischemia reperfusion group,P > 0.05. The contents of MDA were higher after reperfusion, P < 0. 05. Conclusion Both the NO and MDA participate in hepatic ischemia reperfusion injury. NO have protective effect, but MDA have obviously damaging effect.
