摘要 目的研究牛磺酸对早期糖尿病肾病大鼠的保护机制.方法用链尿佐菌素使Wistar大鼠诱导为糖尿病模型,应用功能学指标检测大鼠血浆和肾皮质的NO,MDA和CAT的含量.结果DM大鼠肾质量/体质量比明显增加,牛磺酸对此影响不大.DM大鼠血清和肾皮质中CAT的活性下降,而MDA的含量增加;经牛磺酸处理后CAT活性增加,而MDA的含量下降.DM大鼠血浆中NO水平明显降低,经牛磺酸处理后升高,肾皮质中NO的含量升高,经牛磺酸处理后降低.结论牛磺酸通过调节脂质过氧化反应和NO的水平来保护肾功能. Objective The protective mechanism of tausine on diabetic renal lesion in early stage in rats. Methods Through streptozotocin-induced diabetes in rats were as the model, the contents of NO,CAT and MDA were detected by functional index. Results The ratio of kidney weight and body weight significantly increased in diabetic rats and compared with controlled group. After the rats were treated with taurine, changes were not found. The levels of CAT were lower, MDA higher in serum and renal cortex in DM rats, the contents of CAT higher and MDA lower after treated with taurine. The contents of NO were lower in serum but higher in renal cortex in DM rats, the levels were changed after treated with tautine. Conclusion Taurine protected renal function by modulating lipid-peroxidation response and NO levels.
