Clinical Investigation of Restoration of Wedge-Shaped Defect

目的研究光敏树脂与玻璃离子联合修复楔状缺损的临床疗效.方法160例480颗楔状缺损的牙齿随机分组,1侧以光敏树脂修复,称光敏组;对侧以光敏树脂及玻璃离子联合充填,称复合组,随访3 a,进行临床疗效对比.结果复合组成功率为95.42%,光敏组成功率为75%.结论光敏树脂与玻璃离子联合修复楔状缺损临床疗效理想.

Objective To investigate clinical curative effect of restoration of wedge-shaped defected by durafill combined with GIC. Methods 480 teeth from 160 cases were divided into two groups at random. One group was restored by durafill, called durafill group, the other was restored by durafill combined with GIC, called compound group. All teeth were followed by for 3 years. Then, clinical curative effect were contrasted. Results Ratio of success for compound group was 95.42 % , that of durafill group was 75 % . Conclusion It is ideal effect to restore wedge-shaped defected by durafill combined with GIC.
