我国电子商务法制环境研究

Studying on the Legal System of E-commence in Our Country

电子商务是一个正在蓬勃发展的产业。在影响电子商务发展的诸多要素中 ,缺乏相关的法律法规是主要的原因。发达国家电子商务法制环境建设已相对完善 ,分析其现状及发展趋势 ,对剖析我国电子商务法制环境建设中存在的问题及研究发展对策 ,具有理论借鉴意义。

E commerce is a rising industry. Among the elements affecting the development of E commerce, lack of relative laws and regulations remains a major one. After analyzing the status quo and tendency of the fairly perfect E commerce laws in the developed countries, the paper probes into the problems existing in related aspects of our country and suggests several plans for further development. Thus from this paper we can get some theoretical enlightenment.
