Settlement prediction theory and control technology of composite foundation and engineering practice

摘要 本文以复合地基(主要研究非散体材料桩复合地基)变形预测与控制为研究对象,讨论了复合地基变形的影响因素和控制技术与措施。提出用整体模式(假象实体法)进行复合土层下卧土层的强度和变形验算时,侧阻力在一定区间(q=0~qsik)内变化的模型,适用于高层建筑的变形预测;采用桩身压缩法进行整体模式中复合土层的压缩变形计算,避开了复合地基计算中颇具争议的复合模量的计算问题;分算模式下卧土层附加应力的计算模型中,应力扩散角的取值应在一定范围(θ=φ/4~φ)内变化。对变形预测,提出以数值计算为辅,人工智能测控为主;建立了新的变形预测与控制理论,并应用神经网络技术进行了某高层建筑复合地基变形预测的工程实践。 The settlement prediction theory and control technology of composite foundation (mainly non grainy material piles processed composite foundation) are discussed in detail. The factors resulting in foundation settlement are analyzed, after which the control procedures are listed. First, the hypothesis block method is applied for the settlement prediction of high rise buildings, where the lateral friction is varying in a certain scope (q=0~qsik) . Then the pile compression approach is employed for the settlement calculation of composite foundation, where the controversial concept of 'composite modulus' for composite foundation is avoided. In the determination of appendix strain in soil pile separate model, the diffusion angle has to be confined in a certain scope (θ=φ/4~φ). In the procedure of settlement prediction, it is supposed that the artificial intelligence aided monitoring should be the primary way and the numerical calculation only be the auxiliary one. New settlement prediction and control theory is given. Finally, the neural networks technology is used in the practice of settlement calculation for a high rise building built on composite foundation.
