俄韩经济合作的现状与前景

ROK-RUSSIAN ECONOMIC COOPERATION:CURRENT SITUATION AND PROSPECT

俄韩建交以来,两国在贸易、投资、科学技术、天然气开发、铁路运输以及工业园区建设等各领域开展了较全面的合作。由于开展对俄合作风险高、韩国企业对俄罗斯市场不熟悉和两国政治关系疏远等,两国的经济合作并未真正发展起来。妨碍俄韩两国开展经济合作的一些因素近年来有了不同程度的克服。有利于开展合作的新环境已经基本建立,双方合作将会进入一个新阶段。

Since the relationship between Seoul and Moscow was normalized,relatively comprehensive cooperation between them in the aeres of trade,investment,science and tecnology,natural gas development,railway transport and industrial complex has been launched.But the cooperation has not developed really so far due to such factors as a high risk in the cooperation with Russia,unfamiliarity with the Russian market by South Korean enterprises,alienation of the political relations between the two countries,etc.These obstacles have been overcomed in a certain degree in recent years.With a new environment favourable to developing cooperation having been established,bilateral cooperation will enter a new phase.
