环锭纺"加捻细颈区"纤维配列取向与转移机理分析

THE THEORETICAL ANALYSES OF FIBERS′ALIGNMENT AND TRANSFER IN THE"TWISTING THIN PLACE "ON THE RING FRAME

为了探明环锭纺纱"加捻细颈区"内纤维配列取向规律与转移机理,本文建立三维模型对环锭纺"加捻细颈区"的形态及该区内纤维流动取向的排列规律和转移方式进行描述和分析,得出了新的与传统理论不同的"加捻细颈区"纤维配列取向规律与转移机理理论。该理论对进行环锭纺的多组份复合纺纱以及提高纺纱质量具有指导意义。

In order to explore the principle about fibers,alignment and transfer in the'twisting thin place'on the ring frame,a cubic model was made to analyze the form of the model,the trend of the fibers,movement and the rule of the fibers′arrangement.A new principle has been found about fibers′transfer which is different from the traditional theory was found.It is very instructive for improving yarns′quality in the multicompound spinning.
