摘要 本文研究了ZnS:Cu,Mn ACEL粉末的亮度灼烧温度及Cu含量的关系.研完了材料的PL和EL光谱。通过对材料的退火处理,改善了材料的老化性能,制作的橙色发光屏在50Hz,220V条件下激发,经过1千小时后,亮度仍能达到8cd/m^2以上,可满足实用要求。 In this paper , the relation between brightness, firing temperature of ZnS: Cu , Mn ACEL and Cu content was investigated .The PL and EL spectra of the material were also sudied .The ageing propertties was much improved by annealing and the brightness of the of orange ZnS: Cu, Mn ACEL screen still reached more than 8 cd / m2after having excited for 1,000 hours under the excitation of 220v and 50Hz. It had met the requirments in use.
