芪麝颈康丸对颈椎间盘髓核细胞超微结构的影响 被引量:13

The Influence of QiSheJingKang Pill on the Cells' Ultrastructure of the Nucleus Pulposus in an Experimental Model of Cervical Intervertebral Disc Degeneration

摘要 为探讨芪麝颈康丸抑制颈椎间盘退变的作用机理 ,将 48只 1 4月龄 SD大鼠分成四组 ,切除其中3 6只 ( A、B、C三组 )颈后部浅、中层肌 ,造成颈椎间盘退变模型 ,D组为正常假手术组。分别给予芪麝颈康丸( A)、颈复康 ( B)等药物治疗 ,C、D组不给药。四月后将动物处死 ,透射电镜下检查椎间盘髓核细胞超微结构的变化 ,并与正常假手术组 ( D组 )进行对比。结果显示 ,模型空白组 ( C)椎间盘退变明显 ,与 A、D组比较 ,差异有显著意义 ( P<0 .0 5 ,P<0 .0 1 )。各组髓核中细胞量少 ,细胞密度低 ,模型空白组 ( C) ,正常细胞少 ,退变细胞较多 ,A、B组退变细胞较少 ,与正常组较接近。凋亡细胞数 A、B、C三组较接近 ,D组较少 ,结果表明 ,芪麝颈康丸的疗效机理主要在于抑制椎间盘细胞的退变 ,改善髓核细胞的功能。 Objective:To elucidate the mechanism of QiSheJingKang pill to inhibit the degeneration of intervertebral disc.Methods:48 aged,14 moths old,female SD rats were randomly separated into four groups.A,B and C groups were experimental model of cervical intervertebral disc degeneration which was established by resection of the posterior paravertebral muscles from cervical vertebrae,D group was the normal control group (sham-surgery).The rats of A and B groups were treated with Qi She JingKang pill and JingFuKang respectively.While four months,the morphologic state of the disc of the rats was assessed,and the cells' ultrastructure of the nucleus pulposus were examined by transmission electron microscopy in every group.Results:The degree of intervertebral discs degeneration was significant higher in the discs of C group compared with that in A and D group respectively (P<0.05).Very few cells were present in the nucleus pulposus and the cell density was low in every group,the amount of the normal cells was fewer and that of the degeneration cells was more in C group than that in A goup,B goup,or D roup respectively.The amount of the apoptosis cells was fewer in D goup than that in A goup,B group or D group.Conclusion:In the nucleus pulposus,to utilize the drugs inhibit the degeneration of the cells,and improve the cell function,was the possible therapeutic mechanism of Qi SheJingKang pill.
