摘要
目的 :评价伤速康涂膜液对急性软组织损伤的治疗效果。方法 :对实验动物进行抗炎、止痛 ,软组织损伤模型及急性毒性实验。结果 :实验表明伤速康涂膜液具有抗炎、止痛作用 ,优于对照组 ,无致敏性、无急性毒性 ,对急性软组织损伤动物模型有良好的恢复作用。结论 :伤速康涂膜液是在传统方消炎散的基础上经乙醇渗漉液配以高分子化合物制成涂膜剂后是治疗急性软组织损伤的一种优良的外用药。
Objective:To evaluate Fast-recovery injury liquid membrane for actute soft contusion.Methods:We experimented on erpeimenal animals with antiinflamation,analgesia,acute toxicity and the treatment of acute soft tissue injury contusion model.Results:Our experiment showed that the new type preparation made by pure Chinese medicial herbs has antiinflamation,analgesia,no acute toxicity and treament of acute soft tissue injury to some extent.Conclusion:Fast-recvery injury liquid membrane is a new type preparation of paint,made by Xiao Yan-shan throuth Percolation with ethanol and aded high molecule chemical coPounds,we believed that the PreParation is a good external drug for treatment of acute Soft tissue Contusion.
