摘要 综述腺苷受体介导预处理延迟心肌保护的研究概况。激活心脏腺苷A1、A3 受体触发延迟预处理的信号传递 ,诱导保护性蛋白质表达及离子通道开放 ,从而减轻心肌缺血 再灌注损伤。 Adenosine receptor agonists can activate adenosine receptors A 1 and A 3, thus trigger delayed preconditioning signal pathway and induce high expression of protective proteins and some ionic channel opening in myocardial cells, which reduces myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury.
