本文报导以甲苯为起始原料经硝化、还原、氧化、缩合及环化、酰化等十步合成标题化合物。该化合物在磷酸缓冲溶液中其酰胺键可被水解,水解前后:溶液的克分子消光系数相差98.6倍,因而可用作某些酰化酶测定试剂。对产物的结构进行了元素分析和红外光谱测定。
