摘要
本文应用非抑制型离子色谱法,以乙二胺——柠檬酸水溶液作为流动相,探索了Zn^(2+)、Pb^(2+)、Fe^(2+)、Mg^(2+)、Mn^(2+)、Cd^(2+)和Ca^(2+)等七种金属离子在磺酸基阳离子色谱柱上的最优分离条件,研究了容量因子对乙二胺和柠檬酸的浓度以及pH值的依赖关系。对保留机理进行了讨论。对实际水样中七种金属离子进行了测定。
A method for the simultaneous determination of Zn2+? Pb2+? Fe2+? Mg2+? Mn2+? Cd2+andCa2+ by non- suppressed ion chromatography was developed. A mixture of 0. 5mmol / L ethylendiamine and 2mmol / L citric acid was used as mobile phase with a flow rate of 1.0ml/ min, Shim-park IC-Cl column was used with a conductivity detector.The dependences of capacity factor on concentrations of ethylendiamine and citric acid as well as on the pH value were investigated.This method was applied to the analysis of water.
