In order to set-up a first rate college,to train qualified graduates for meeting the society's necds for professional personnel,the college must own good material condition and environment of spiritual civilization.different undertakings in the college only can be carried on and developed on the lighting of the guarantec of good party style of Communist Party's, which can drive and strecngth the set-up of teaching style and studying style.
