十六大报告把发展社会主义民主政治 ,建设社会主义政治文明确定为全面建设小康社会的一个重要目标。依法治国 ,建设社会主义法治国家是我们党 90年代确立的基本治国方略。从概念的从属关系来说 ,法治是政治文明的一个组成部分。本文立足于政治文明的概念和内涵 ,论述政治文明对依法治国 ,建设社会主义法治国家的指导意义 。
