摘要
以 2 氟 6 氯甲苯 (CFT)为原料 ,采用氨氧化法一步制得了 2 氟 6 氯苯腈 通过实验筛选到以钒、磷为主要成分的 5组分F5 2号催化剂 使用该催化剂进行 2 氟 6 氯甲苯氨氧化反应的最佳工艺条件 :温度为 3 80℃ ,反应物摩尔比n(CFT)∶n(NH3)∶n(空气 ) =1∶6∶2 5 在此条件下 ,2 氟 6 氯甲苯的转化率为 98.99% ,2 氟 6 氯苯腈的产率 (摩尔 )为 71.47% ,选择性为 72 .2 0 % .经气相色谱分析 ,产品纯度高于 99%
chloro-6-fluorobenzonitrile has been prepared by ammoxidation of 2-chloro-6-fluorotoluene on F52 catalyst. This synthetic route has not been reported before. The optimum reaction conditions are: reaction temperature is 653 K, n(CFT)∶n(NH 3)∶n(Air)=1∶6∶25. Under these conditions, the conversion of CFT is 98.99%, the molar yield of CFBN is 71.47% and selectivity is 72.20%. The purity of product is over 99% by GC.
