Discussion on Water Resource and Ecological Problems of Northwest China

摘要 以翔实的数据详细分析了西北地区水资源及其生态环境目前存在的问题 ,通过探讨这些问题的本质、形成的机制 ,提出解决这些问题的一些建议和构想 。 The problems existed in Northwest China are analyzed in details on basis of full and accurate data. It indicates the essences and formation of these problems. We bring forward some suggestions to resolve them. Also, those decision-makers can refer to these suggestions.
