辣根过氧化物酶催化合成聚-4-羟基苯乙烯基吡啶 被引量:3

Synthesis of Poly-4-hydroxyl-styrylpyridine Catalyzed by Horseradish Peroxidase

摘要 利用辣根过氧化物酶催化合成了新型共轭聚合物聚-4-羟基苯乙烯基吡啶,辣根过氧化物酶的催化氧化反应使底物中的苯环直接聚合.荧光光谱研究结果表明,聚合物具有良好的光致发光特性,辣根过氧化物酶能有效地催化4-羟基苯乙烯基吡啶的聚合反应. A novel conjugated poly4hydroxylstyrylpyridine was synthesized under the catalysis of horseradish peroxidase. The phenyl ring of 4hydroxylstyrylpyridine was polymerized directly in the enzyme catalyzing reaction. The fluorescent spectra of the monomer and the polymer indicate that poly4hydroxylstyrylpyridine has a good photoluminescence character and the polymer has a bigger conjugated system and rigidity than the monomer. 
