摘要
利用辣根过氧化物酶催化合成了新型共轭聚合物聚-4-羟基苯乙烯基吡啶,辣根过氧化物酶的催化氧化反应使底物中的苯环直接聚合.荧光光谱研究结果表明,聚合物具有良好的光致发光特性,辣根过氧化物酶能有效地催化4-羟基苯乙烯基吡啶的聚合反应.
A novel conjugated poly4hydroxylstyrylpyridine was synthesized under the catalysis of horseradish peroxidase. The phenyl ring of 4hydroxylstyrylpyridine was polymerized directly in the enzyme catalyzing reaction. The fluorescent spectra of the monomer and the polymer indicate that poly4hydroxylstyrylpyridine has a good photoluminescence character and the polymer has a bigger conjugated system and rigidity than the monomer.
