自身免疫性多内分泌腺综合征1型的研究进展

摘要
自身免疫性多内分泌腺综合征1型包括多种内分泌腺病和自身免疫性器官特异性疾病。凡是具有自身免疫性肾上腺皮质功能减退、甲状旁腺功能减退及慢性皮肤粘膜念珠菌病这三联征的2种或2种以上可以确定诊断。近年来分子生物学研究已明确这是一种单基因遗传病,缺陷基因定位于21号染色体(21q22.3),基因被命名为AIRE。目前发现自身免疫在疾病进展中起到关键作用,而自身免疫指标测定技术的不断提高,为疾病的早期诊断及病情监测提供了有力的帮助。
