摘要
利用小型热解实验台对生物质垃圾进行实验研究,实现了对固体废弃物的资源化利用。实验过程中考察了热解反应条件对半焦产率和成分的影响;同时还研究了热解半焦二氧化碳的反应活性。研究表明,随着热解终温的提高,生物质的热解半焦产率减少。最后通过Arrhenius方程的回归分析,发现随着热解终温的提高,9种生物质的热解半焦气化反应的活化能呈增大趋势。
Ttypical bio -wastes including hau lm,rice husk,branch,wood chips and leaf were pyrolyzed in a Sketch Map un der well -defined conditions of industr ial importance.The influence of fin al pyrolysis temperature(FPT)on the pyrolytic yield of biomass has been studied.It has been found that raising FPT caused decrea sing semi -cokes yield.FPT had obvio us influence on the primary and elemental analysis data of the semi -cokes.The CO 2 reactivity of the semi -cokes also varied with the FPT.The kinetic parameters of the semi -cokes were di fferent for the same material at the d ifferent FPT.
