摘要
采用液相色谱仪及田间试验研究了新的仿生杀菌剂银泰在西红柿中的残留分析方法及其在西红柿中的消解动态和最终残留。西红柿经丙酮提取,液液分配及酸洗活性炭净化、浓缩、定容后,用带紫外检测器的高效液相色谱进行测定。银泰的最低检出量为3ng,在西红柿中的最低检出浓度是0.006mg·kg-1。本方法的添加回收率为91.6%~95.1%,变异系数1.22%~2.57%,符合残留分析的要求。运用上述方法,测定了银泰在西红柿中的消解动态以及最终残留。结果表明,银泰在西红柿中的半衰期为4.15d,西红柿收获时银泰消解率在90%以上。
The method of residue analysis of a n ew synthesized fungicide yintai sim ulated the active compound structur e in Gingko biloba L and degradation and final re sidue of yintai in tomato were studie d.The residues of yintai were extracted from tomato with acetone,purified by liquid -liquid partition and active carbon column c hromatography,concentrated to a sm all volume,and then determined by HPLC equipped with UV -detection.The minimum detectable l imit of yintai was 3ng,the minimum detectable concentration of yintai in the sampl es of tomato were 0.006mg ·kg -1 .The average recoveries and coeffic ient of variation for the method were 91.6%~95.1%and 1.22%~2.57%respectively.The results show ed that the half -life of yintai in tom ato was4.15days,and yintai degraded by 90%in tomato at harvest time.
