摘要
本文分析了河北南网200MW机组多次热态启动中发现的主要问题,作为改进热态启动的参考,同时从分析中看出200MW机组适应两班制调峰的困难以及被迫进行两班制调峰给安全运行带来的不利影响。基于此,本文对200MW机组两班制调峰的运行方式作了探讨,提出了新的运行方式即低速运行方式来实现两班制调峰的建议,并进一步探讨了低速运行的可行方案,分析了低速运行两班制调峰的安全性和经济性,作出了优于停机方式的初步结论。
This Paper, analysed some primary problems discovered from repeatedly hotstarts of the 200MW turbo-generator in Hebei Southern power grid, may be used as reference for improving hotstart and also difficulties were discovered for the 200MW turbo-generator to suit two-shift peak load covering and to be forced to undertake two-shift peak load covering will bring forth unfavourable effect on safety operation. For this reason, this paper has discussed the mode of operation of the 200MW turbo-generalor partaking two shift peak load covering, suggested a new mode of operation, that is, the low-speed operating mode may accomplish the two-shift peak load covering, discussed further the feasible proposal of iow-speed operation, analysed the security and economy under the operation of two-shift peak load covering, and concluded that this proposal is supperior to the mode of shutdown.
