On-line Computer Management of Service Time of Boiler Steam Drum

本文论述了应用一台IBM微机对汽包寿命损耗、汽轮机转子寿命损耗和机组的能损分析诊断系统进行在线管理。保证汽包在启停过程中使其寿命损耗率控制在一定的限值之内,指导运行人员按预计曲线跟踪操作,在给定的时间内完成操作过程,以节约启停中的燃料消耗,提高接待用户用电的应急能力。

On-line management, using an IBM micro-computer, for drum service life consumption, turbine service life consumption and energy loss analysis/diagnosis system is presented. This keeps drum life consumption within aresonable limit during start-up and advices operators to run the unit following a predetermined curve and to complefe operation in a given fime in order to save fuel and improve the ability of emergency loading.
