摘要
目的 探讨评价对前列腺增生症患者进行健康教育的作用。方法 对住院治疗的132例前列腺增生病人、家属、陪伴,由专业护士主动进行健康教育,其内容包括本病的病因、症状、病程、治疗手段和治疗效果及预防保健常识。结果 132例病人接受健康教育后,对本病的预防治疗知识有了初步了解,积极配合医护人员治疗,改善了护患关系,提高了病人的满意率。结论 健康教育不但满足了病人及家属对本病的相关知识的了解,还有利于护患之间的沟通,改善护患关系,提高病人及家属的满意度。
Objective To study the effect of health education on patients with prostate hyperplasia. Methods 132 patients with prostate hyperplasia and their family members, servants received health education from the professional nurses; the content included the cause of the diseases,the symptoms, the disease course, treatment methods, treatment effect and prevention. Results After the health education, all the 132 patients came to have a rough knowledge about the prevention and treatment of the disease, and started an active co-operation with the medical staff in treatment, thus the relationship between patients and nurses was improved and the satisfaction of the patients was increased. Conclusion Health education not only satisfied the need of the patients and their family members to have the relative knowledge of the disease, but is also helpful in the understanding between nurses and patients, in improving the relationship and in increasing the satisfaction of the patients and their family members.
