Design and Application of Circulating Water treatment Using Flue Gas

喷射器炉烟水处理系统系利用电厂锅炉冲灰水泵或其他离心水泵的富裕容量作为炉烟处理喷射器的动力水源,将炉烟送至循环冷却水中,抑制重碳酸钙分解,提高其极限碳酸盐硬度,稳定水质,防止结垢。正确设计喷射器和合理的安装烟气管道是保证炉烟处理系统长期稳定运行的关键。

Ejector flue gas abstracting system for circulating water treatment, using spare capacity of sludge discharge pump or other centrifugal pump as hydraulic power source, transfers gas to circulating water to restrain calcium supercarbonate disslving and increase its limit of carbonate hardness, so as to stabilizes water quality. Correctly desig~ ned ejectors and properly installed gas piping are key points to ensure long term stable operation of the treatment system.
