摘要
对LZ5 - 6/ 550直进式拉丝机系统进行改造 ,采用智能型变频调速自动控制系统 ,根据系统的控制规律 ,建立拉拔过程的控制系统框图及数学模型。实践证明 ,该系统可有效调节反拉力的波动 ,保证拉拔过程中拉丝模出口的钢丝金属秒流量相等 。
To introduce the reformation of the frequency conversion control system of LZ5-6/550 straight wire drawing machine . With intelligent automatic control system of speed adjusting by converter and the control principles,the calculation algorithm and systematic diagram in drawing process are established. Proved in practice, this system can efficiently adjust the waves of anti pulling force and then to keep volume per second of steel wire coming from die box in equal during drawing process. After reformed,the machine can meet the requirements of production.
