邢台电厂6kV开关故障分析与对策

摘要 SN_(10)—10Ⅱ、SN_(10)—10Ⅲ型开关事故烧坏,暴露出其设计、制造、安装等方面存在的缺陷,有安装质量不良,开关柜柜体设计尺寸小,其内绝缘在制造过程中受潮,SN_(10)—10Ⅲ型开关外绝缘设计不合理,以及作用于触指的弹簧片性能差等。对此要加强检查及时消缺;Ⅲ型开关间隔板更换为SMC新型阻燃绝缘板;间隔间要用SMC阻燃绝缘板分开形成独立封闭体等。 SN10-10Ⅱ and SN10Ⅲ circuit breaker failures indicate that there are a numbler of deficiencies in design, manufacture and installation,such as:poor installation,undersize of cubicle,inner insulation got damp when processing,unreasonble design of outer insulation for SN10-10Ⅲ ,poor springs for triggers,and so on,So careful inspections and corrections are needed. Interpole insulating plates should be replaced by SMG, a new type fire-resisting insulating plates, to form up partitioned Individual enclosures, and etc.
