摘要
燃烧多种燃料的循环流化床锅炉广泛应用于化工、造纸行业的热电厂和电力工业 ,针对实际运行中遇到的由于所使用的废弃物燃料的水分和热值变化较大所造成的运行参数波动问题 ,提出一种模糊逻辑控制方案用于循环流化床锅炉燃料的控制。并将该控制方案与传统PID控制的控制效果在循环流化床锅炉整体数学模型上进行了对比 ,仿真结果表明采用模糊逻辑控制方案可以降低运行参数的波动 ,达到更稳定的燃烧工况。
Multifuel circulating fluidized bed(CFB) boilers are widely used in thermal power plants in chemical and paper industry and in electrical power industry, and one of the greatest difficulties encountered during the operation of multifuel CFB boiler is fuel heat value fluctuation caused by the nonhomogeneity of the fuel. In allusion to this problem, a scheme of fuzzy logic control(FLC) was proposed. Compared the effectiveness of FLC with that of PID on the overall model of CFB boiler, and the simulation results show that FLC can decrease the fluctuation of operation parameters and can get more steady combustion condition.
