In the practical calculation of city distribution system, some skills are presented here. The method used for seeking the system switch-node incidence list is memory saving,and the mathematical model is simple for programming.After the mathematical model of threewinding transformer had been derived and the interior nodes of the modelareeliminated,the formula is succinct to program.When there are two or more swing buses in the system,using this method to obtain load flow one should only specify the original data and needn't control the bus number in the calculating process.
