对采用CSL1 0 2 (A)高频工频突变量方向保护作为全线速动主保护的输电线路 ,在手分开关 ,而其三相断路器完全开断不同期时间较长时 ,高频工频突变量方向保护的错误动作情况进行分析。提出相应的改进措施 ,以完善其保护功能。

High freqency prectection is the main pretection for high voltage line, so its reliability is very important to power network. The paper analyses high freqency directional protection's maloperation when manually openning the three phase breaker with a long time asynchronism. Because the maloperation usally arouses opratater's intensity and wrong evaluation to the reliability of the device, the paper provide method to improve it so as to avoid it to happen again when oprater executes normal opration.
