孤岛油田三元复合驱油井结垢机理分析与治理措施 被引量:15

摘要 针对孤岛油田西区三元复合驱试验过程中出现的井筒堵塞问题 ,应用X -射线衍射、扫描电镜分析等方法 ,对其结垢机理、垢样的组成及其预防措施进行了研究。结果表明 ,孤岛油田垢样的主要成分为碳酸钙、碳酸镁和少量硫酸钙等。结垢出现时 ,采出液中 pH值升高 ,Ca2 + 和Mg2 + 及HCO3 -明显减少。矿场采用HMP防垢剂 ,防垢效果明显。 Focusing on the well bore clogging occurred during the ASP flooding in west area of Gudao oilfield, scaling mechanism, scale components and precautionary measures are researched by using the methods of Xray diffraction, scanning electron microscope analysis and so on. The result shows that the main components of scale are CaCO 3 , MgCO 3 and a little CaSO 4 . When scale appears, the value of pH rises and the Ca 2+ , Mg 2+ and HCO 2- 3ions reduce obviously in producing fluid. The field effect of scale control is obvious after HMP scale inhibitor is used.
