本文主要分析了有关集群的概念 ,集中论述了产业集群的定义与识别、集群发展的驱动因素以及集群政策 。
This paper mostly analyzes the concept of cluster,and focuses on discussing definition and identification of industry cluster,factors driving industry cluster growth and development,and cluster policies,then summing-up the literature materials interrelated with the subject mentioned above.
