摘要 目的 :研究超顺磁性氧化铁 (SPIO)作为胃肠道阴性对比剂在改善磁共振胰胆管成像 (MRCP)质量的应用。方法 :30例受检者口服 2mmolFe/l的SPIO液 1 0 0ml后进行TSEMRCP检查 ,采用西门子 1 .5TMRI扫描机 ,服药前后常规行单层和多层扫描 ,原始图像经工作站处理后 ,采用最大信号强度投影技术重建获得新图像。结果 :口服SPIO溶液可以完全抑制胃及十二指肠内液体信号 ,排除其干扰 ,使MRCP时胰胆管显影更加清晰。结论 :口服SPIO ,行MRCP检查 ,能抑制胃肠道内液体信号 ,使胰胆管显影更加清晰 。 Objective:To study the efficiency of negative gastrointestinal contrast medicine (SPIO) on magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography(MRCP).Methods:A study was conducted to measure the signal intensity of the different concentration of SPIO with single shot MRCP.Both routine MRCP and single shot MRCP were performed for 30 cases.Postcontrast images were obtained 20 minutes after oral administration of 100ml of the mixture.Contrast effect was evaluated on pre and postcontrast images on the basis of signal intensity in the stomach and duodenum at MRCP.Results: 2mmol Fe/l was the best dose for inhibiting the high signals from the water.At MRCP,the mean contrast effect score was 5.55±1.47 on precontrast images and was 8.80±2.22 on postcontrast images ( P <0.001).Conclusion:MRCP with a negative oral contrast medium (SPIO) can suppress water signals from the gastrointestinal tract and makes more clear demonstration of the biliary and pancreatic ducts.
