摘要
目的 :观察复合益生菌制剂 (海生元 )对长航核潜艇艇员细胞免疫功能的调节作用。方法 :受试艇员分为用药组和未用药组 ,并以另一艘未出航核潜艇的艇员 (未出航组 )为空白对照。观察长航前后各组细胞免疫功能诸指标及TNF -α ,内毒素水平的变化。结果 :(1 )T细胞亚群 :航后用药组CD3、CD4 细胞数高于未用药组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,CD8细胞数低于本组航前和未出航组(P <0 .0 5 )。未用药组航后CD3、CD4 细胞数低于航前和未出航组 (P <0 .0 5 )。 (2 )NK和IL - 2分泌细胞 :航后用药组CD16 、IL - 2分泌细胞数高于未用药组 (分别P <0 .0 1和P <0 .0 5 )。此外 ,用药组航后CD16 细胞数高于本组航前和未出航组 (P <0 .0 5 )。未用药组航后CD16 细胞数低于航前和未出航组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,IL - 2分泌细胞数低于航前 (P <0 .0 5 )。 (3)IFN -γ、IL - 1 2、及IL- 1α血清水平 :航后用药组与未用药组比较 ,IFN -γ、IL - 1 2显著升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,IL - 1α显著降低 (P <0 .0 5 )。用药组IL - 1 2水平亦高于本组航前和未出航组 (P <0 .0 5 )。未用药组IFN -γ航后较航前降低 ,IL - 1α较航前和未出航组升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,IL - 1 2则降低 (P <0 .0 5 )。 (4 )TNF -α、内毒素血清水平 :航后用药组TNF -α和内毒素水平均?
Objective:To observe and evaluate the regulatory effect of a complex-probiotic-preparation(Hai Sheng Yuan)on cellular immune function of sailors in nuclear-powered submarine during long term voyage. Methods:The subjects were divided into preparation-taken group, preparation-non-taken group,and control group came from another nuclear-powered submarine which was not on training voyage. Cellular immune function, TNF-α and endotoxin were determined. Results:After long term voyage,the number of CD3,CD4,IL-2 secretory cell and serum level of INF-γ,IL-12 in preparation-taken group were significanty higher while serum level of IL-1α was significanty lower than those in preparation-non-taken group(P<0.05);furthermore,the number of NK-cell(CD 16 ) was much higher while serum level of TNF-α and endotoxin were much lower than those in preparation-non-taken group(P<0.01). Besides,the number of CD 8,CD 16 and serum level of IL-12 in preparation-taken group were higher than those in the same group before voyage and control group(P<0.05). The number of CD 3,CD 4,CD 16 ,IL-2 secretory cell and serum level of IL-12 in preparation non-taken group were lower while serum level of INF-γ and IL-1α were higher than those in the same group before voyage and control group(P<0.05).Moreover,the serum level of TNF-α and endotoxin in preparation-non-taken group were higher than those in the same group before voyage(P<0.01)and control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:'Hai Sheng Yuan'could induce multiple regulatoty effects advantageous to keeping or recovering the normal immune function of sailors in nuclear-powered submarine during long term voyage.
