摘要
对铸件充型过程流动与传热耦合模拟技术进行了研究 ,建立了综合考虑辐射、对传导等多种传热行为的有限差分法计算公式 ,并在VisualC ++6 .0平台上 ,自主开发了可集成于CASTSoft/CAEVer5 .0的流场计算模块CASTFlow。新算法的应用提高了软件的计算效率 ,增加了代码的重用性。以法兰铸件为例 ,CAST Flow与MAGMASoft的模拟结果基本一致 。
The technology of simulation of coupling of fluid flow and heat transfer during mold filling was studied in this paper.Then a formula,which took various heat transfer actions,such as radiation,convection and conduction,into account,was established.This formula was established in the finite deference method.Therefore,the in house fluid flow field calculation software CASTFlow,a sub module of the commercial software CASTSoft/CAE Ver5.0,was developed on the Visual C++6.0 platform.The Application of the new algorithm obviously enhanced the calculation efficiency and reduplicate utilization of code.Applying CASTFlow to numerical simulation for a flange casting,the calculation results match well with the ones of the famous commercial software MAGMASoft.So,the precision of the model put forward in this paper is advisable.
