摘要
目的 通过对华南猕猴红细胞ABO血型研究 ,为建立此类动物的输血模型提供参考依据。方法 运用单克隆抗 A 抗 B和人源抗 A 抗 B血清 (效价为 1∶2 5 6 )进行直接凝集试验 ,采用Terao等报道的吸收放散试验 ,从 30只猕猴中检定类人ABO血型。结果 直接凝集试验未能检测出猕猴红细胞上的ABO血型物质。吸收放散试验筛选出A型猴 3只 ( 10 % )、B型 9只 ( 30 % )、AB型 3只 ( 10 % ) ,其它 15只 ( 5 0 % )未检出 (暂定为非A非B型 )。结论 华南猕猴的红细胞上具有较弱的类人ABO血型物质。
Objective The study of ABO blood groups was conducted to demonstrate whether there were human ABO blood groups on the red cells (RBC) of the cynomolgus monkey.Methods The direct hemagglutination test including McAb and human origin anti|A and anti|B antibodies (both of the titers were 1∶256),and the heat absorption|elution test reported by Terao were used to screen human ABO blood groups on RBC from cynomolgus monkey.Results The direct hemagglutination test was failed to detect the ABO blood groups on RBC.But they were detected successfully by the heat absorption|elution test with the results as follows:the blood groups in 30 monkeys were distributed as group A of 3,group B of 9,group AB of 3,neither group A nor group B of 15.Conclusion A small amount of ABO blood group substance can be presented on RBC of the cynomolgus monkey.
