摘要
针对鞍钢模铸生产的 PD3钢轨较 U71 Mn钢力学性能合格率偏低的情况 ,对可能影响钢轨力学性能的化学成分、钢轨氢含量、金相组织、非金属夹杂物等方面进行综合分析 ,认为控制非金属夹杂物的种类和数量是提高力学性能的主要手段 。
The factors which may influence mechanical performance of steel rail such as chemical composition, hydrogen content, metallographic structure, non metallic inclusions, etc. are comprehensively analyzed based on the situation of the pass percent on mechanical performance of PD3 steel rail produced in mould casting in Angang being lower than that of U71Mn steel . Controlling sorts and quantities of non metallic inclusions are the main methods which can improve mechanical performance and adjusting technique makes it possible.
