摘要
对前级激光振荡、后级激光放大的脉冲Nd∶YAG激光器采用经典电光调Q的方法 ,实现了最大输出峰值功率 5 0MW左右 ,脉宽为 13ns,重复频率为 1Hz~ 2 0Hz的调Q脉冲。实验中对偏振片侧面反射出较强激光的特殊现象做了深入的分析和探讨 ,指出了该现象产生的原因及如何利用这种现象来指导电光调Q类激光器的调试 ,最后给出了一些提高调Q效果的改进措施 ,具有较强的实践意义和普遍适用性。
An E O Q switched soli d state Nd∶YAG laser system including an oscillator and an amplifier is introduc ed.Intensive discussion and analysis ar e focused on an abnormal phenomenon:a le aked laser beam with quite high energy i s reflected from one side of the polariz er.The leaked laser is detected,then a p rofound analysis is given to point to il lustrate the detected waveform.It has al so been discussed in detail how to impro ve the efficiency of the laser quality o n some aspects.Finally,it is concluded h ow to make use of this phenomenon's wave form to guide the debugging of this kind of lasers.The conclusion has a great im portance in industrial manufacture of th e lasers.
