转炉低磷钢水冶炼的研究与实践

Research of Smelting Low-phosphorus Liquid Steel in Converter and Its Practice

介绍了鞍钢第一炼钢厂利用现有的设备技术条件进行转炉低磷钢水冶炼的研究与实践 ,总结出了一套成熟的转炉低磷钢水的冶炼经验 ,并应用于 S82 -1、AB1、X70管线钢等高中低碳钢种上。实践证明 ,转炉低磷钢水冶炼的控制方法是可行的 。

This paper introduces the research of smelting low phosphorus liquid steel and its practice under existent equipment and technical conditions in Angang's No.1 Steelmaking Plant, and summarizes mature experiences which has been applied on high, medium and low carbon steels such as S82 1, AB1 and X70 etc.. As a result, the way for controlling low phosphorus liquid steel in converter is feasible and the considerable economic results have been obtained.
