摘要
提出一种细丝直径在线测量方法,利用半导体激光作为点光源,发出球面波;通过细丝后在其后菲涅耳衍射区留下阴影,测量阴影宽度可得细丝直径;同时,利用两个相距一定距离的点光源对同一细丝投影,测量两个投影之间的距离可得细丝位置的晃动量,从而校正直径测量值。
In the new wire diameter online measurement system proposed, laser diode was used as the point light source to emit spheric waves passing through a wire. The diameter of a thin wire was obtained by measuring the shadow in the Fresnel diffraction zone. Two point sources at some distance were used to generate two shadows of the same wire at the same time and the deviation of the wire can be determined by the distance between the two shadows so that the wire diameter can be calibrated.
